As leaders facing an ever-increasing pace of change we are needing to become ever more change literate. There is a misconception that we should be ‘driving change’ through our organisations. Change can’t be forced but it can be grown when our hearts and minds really ‘get it’ and we are fully engaged in the change.
Our role is to:
- Develop core change leadership skills at all levels of the organisation
- Craft a change framework suited to the specific needs of the organisation that can be used to create a shared language and consistent approach to all future change initiatives
- Pinpoint in a change roll-out what’s not working and where focus and energy is needed to create shift and enable a successful implementation.
