Q: What gets you out of bed in the morning?
To quote Peter Block, “the world we live in is not fit for human life,” and I am on a crusade to bring humanity back. For this change to take place we need to remember how to be kind and gentle to ourselves – and each other – and to redefine how we show up and treat each other on a daily basis.
Q: What is influencing you at the moment?
I am influenced by leaders and companies who have the courage to lead form the heart. Those who are willing to look at the human side of the business and invest in people. I am also deeply moved by the many women who are grappling with what it means to be a woman in the world at the moment and to introduce the feminine to a very masculine world. Nancy Kline’s Time to Think remains a strong seam of inspiration in my day to day work with people.
