THE WORK WE DO WITH ORGANISATIONS
As leaders facing an ever-increasing pace and requirement to change, we are needing to become ever more change literate. There is a misconception that as leaders we should be ‘driving change’ through our organisations. Change rests in the hands of each person involved – it can’t be forced but it can be grown. As humans we are far more likely to change when our hearts and minds really ‘get it’ and we are fully engaged in the change.
We work with organisations to:
- Develop core change leadership skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Understand what is needed to create an environment in which change can flourish and people can become fully engaged and committed to change.
- Craft a change framework suited to the specific needs of the organisation. The framework can then be used to create a shared language and consistent approach to all future change initiatives.
- Pinpoint in a change roll-out what’s not working and where focus and energy is needed to create shift and enable a successful implementation.
